Note:
- if the adaptation values have already been deleted at this stage, then do not redo this adaptation value deletion process to prevent deletion of already adapted components
- if the adaptation values are now deleted, it is necessary to do basic setting (adaptation) of ALL subordinate actuators that require this, e.g. EGR, EVAP, throttle valve, etc.
